This Privacy Policy describes how PragmaTec ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile and desktop applications and games (the "Apps"), including EveryStride, Runable, RunSharp, RunSolver, Runtrition, Plants & Beans, Clear Thinker, Longevity Protocol, Gentle Streaks, Zenward, Dailyboard, SetBySet, Travault, Kwit, RunSense, NEURODRIFT, GemEcho, Nodewar, Frontier Lander, TriviaWord and Taskukortti.
Our Apps are designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or usage data. The Apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details.
All data you create within the Apps is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to any external servers.
EveryStride, Runable, RunSharp, Runtrition, Longevity Protocol, Zenward, Dailyboard, Gentle Streaks, and SetBySet integrate with Apple HealthKit to read and/or write health and activity data on your device, with your explicit permission. The specific data categories accessed (such as workouts, heart rate, mindful sessions, or active energy) are disclosed in the system permission prompt the first time the App requests access. HealthKit data is stored on your device by Apple and is not transmitted to PragmaTec or any external server. You can review or revoke individual HealthKit permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Runable offers an optional integration with Strava. When enabled, running activities may be sent to and fetched from a connected Strava account. This connection requires explicit authorization through Strava's OAuth flow. Only running activity data (such as distance, pace, route, and duration) is exchanged. The connection can be revoked at any time from within the app or from Strava's settings. PragmaTec does not store Strava credentials or access tokens on any external server.
NEURODRIFT, GemEcho, and Frontier Lander integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Authentication and data handling are managed entirely by Apple. No Game Center data is collected or stored by PragmaTec.
GemEcho and NEURODRIFT use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage events such as game starts, level completions, and feature usage. NEURODRIFT also uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, including device type, OS version, and stack traces, to help diagnose and fix issues. This data is aggregated and does not include personally identifiable information. No account creation is required. Firebase services are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data collection can be limited through your device's privacy settings.
TriviaWord displays advertisements served by Google AdMob to support free access to the game. Google may collect device identifiers (such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where allowed) and limited usage data to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. On iOS 14.5 and later you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency consent the first time the App launches; if you decline, non-personalized ads will be shown instead. You can review or revoke your tracking preferences at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking. PragmaTec does not receive personally identifiable information from these ads. AdMob is the only advertising network used by any PragmaTec App.
Apart from Apple HealthKit, Strava (Runable), Apple Game Center (NEURODRIFT, GemEcho, Frontier Lander), Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (GemEcho, NEURODRIFT), and Google AdMob (TriviaWord) described above, our Apps do not integrate with any other third-party advertising networks or tracking services. No other data is shared with third parties.
Our Apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The Apps are safe for use by all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
Our Apps, including Longevity Protocol, are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The health scores, recommendations, insights, and AI-generated content presented in our Apps are based on general wellness research and publicly available scientific literature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplement, or health routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by our Apps. Use of our Apps is at your own risk. PragmaTec assumes no liability for any health decisions made based on information provided by our Apps.
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are in USD; equivalent pricing in other currencies is determined by Apple. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PragmaTec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
